The article is severely flawed.

It will fall into obscurity like all the other PDA phones out there.

The other PDA phones aren't going anywhere any time soon. For the foreseeable future, the iPhone will be available *only* through AT&T. There are millions of users worldwide who can't or won't switch from their current carrier.

My Sprint Treo 755p with *high speed* Internet isn't going anywhere for a good while.

Don't get me wrong, the iPhone looks nice. But until it's available on Sprint AND has 3rd party application support, it won't be able to touch my Treo.
